I love when I’m home to cook a warm lunch. Oh, and when I find another use for my beloved grill pan.

On the menu today: quesadilla with sliced deli chicken, roasted red peppers, fresh spinach, and a little goat cheese and dijon mustard.

You lucky, lucky, girl. I’m jealous! ;)
